Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. Check-in is self-service via the key safe; you receive the code before you arrive.

Parking

Your car has its own garage or a space right on the street.

Skis and hiking boots

Wet boots, skis and poles go in the ski cellar on the dryer, not in the flat.

Smoking

No smoking in the flat. On the balcony it is allowed.

Parties

No parties or events. The house has neighbours.

Quiet hours

Please keep it quiet between 10 pm and 7 am.

Pets

A curious cat lives downstairs. Guests may not bring pets of their own.

Visitor's tax

The Garmisch-Partenkirchen visitor’s tax (Kurbeitrag) is included in the price. Nothing extra to pay on site.

Cancellation

Free of charge up to 14 days before arrival; after that the full price is due. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
